Vision, mission, and the encounter behind it all

We envision a generation of believers across Borneo — Sabah and Sarawak especially — who have returned to their first love for Christ, been filled afresh with the Holy Spirit, and are actively sent into their campuses, churches, communities, and nations to make Christ known.

This is a vision for holiness before it is a vision for growth — a people who behold His holiness first, and are transformed by what they see.

Revive Borneo exists to awaken hearts back to Christ, renew believers through the power of the Holy Spirit, and mobilize God's people to take part in His mission — across campuses, churches, workplaces, towns, villages, and nations.

We do this through prayer, discipleship, unity among churches, and practical mission — believing that true revival is never meant to stop with personal blessing, but overflows into the lives of others.

Every part of this theme is a movement, not a slogan. We behold His holiness before we serve Him — because encounter must always come before activity. From that beholding, we are revived in our first love, empowered by the Holy Spirit, and sent into mission.

Isaiah's encounter follows a pattern we return to again and again: he beholds God's holiness and glory, becomes aware of his own sin, receives cleansing, and responds to God's call. Encounter always precedes mission — you cannot send what has not first been revived.
